Pomona Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Load and unload freight from trailers and containers manually. Sort, stack, palletize, and organize products according to customer or warehouse requirements. Shrink-wrap, label, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment. Inspect products for visible damage and report any discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures. Work efficiently to meet productivity goals and shipping deadlines. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or lumper experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach for extended periods. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
