Food Manufacturing #PFE Position Overview We are hiring an Entry-Level Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver for a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Pomona, CA. Extensive forklift experience is NOT required. The company is willing to train and certify the right candidate on forklift operation, making this a great opportunity for someone with basic warehouse experience who is dependable, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term position with an opportunity for growth. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who are looking for steady, full-time work. What You'll Be Doing Assist with general warehouse duties, including receiving, shipping, staging, and organizing products. Move raw materials, packaging, and finished products throughout the warehouse. Load and unload materials and shipments as needed. Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production or shipping. Learn to safely operate warehouse equipment and forklifts. Complete company-provided forklift training and certification. Assist production and warehouse teams as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow GMP, food safety, sanitation, PPE, and workplace safety procedures. Work efficiently in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Basic warehouse, manufacturing, production, shipping/receiving, or similar experience is preferred, but extensive experience is not required. Previous forklift experience is a plus, but forklift certification is not required. Must be willing and able to complete forklift training and certification. Must befluent in English and able to understand verbal and written instructions, safety procedures, labels, and workplace documentation. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Must be able to work in areas with hot and cold temperatures. Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and performing physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.. Must be willing to follow all food safety, GMP, sanitation, and PPE requirements. An updated resume is required to be considered for this position.
