Temp-to-Hire Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Control / Cherry Picker Operator to perform warehouse duties including product inspection, order accuracy verification, and material movement using powered industrial equipment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, prior experience operating a Cherry Picker forklift, and the ability to follow warehouse safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Cherry Picker forklift to move, pick, and stage materials safely and efficiently. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet company and customer standards. Verify order accuracy and inspect for damages or labeling errors. Palletize, wrap, and prepare shipments for delivery or storage. Maintain detailed records of inspected and approved materials. Follow warehouse safety rules, including proper lifting and equipment operation procedures. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Report any nonconforming products, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

1+ year of experience operating a Cherry Picker (Order Picker) forklift.

Required:

Experience working in Quality Control or warehouse inspection roles. Must be safety-conscious and detail-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Must be able to read and follow written instructions, labels, and order sheets. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Forklift certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to stand, bend, and climb for extended periods. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
