Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing economy brand hotels, with a proven ability to enhance guest satisfaction, drive profitability, and lead a high-performing team—all while maintaining a commitment to cost-effective operations.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service. Lead and develop a team of employees through training, mentorship, and regular performance evaluations. Implement strategic plans to drive occupancy, revenue, and operational efficiency. Manage budgets, track financial performance, and control operational expenses. Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and local safety regulations. Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to support business objectives. Improve operational processes for enhanced service delivery.Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
2-3 years of experience as a General Manager including Hotel Experience in an economy brand hotel. Familiarity with economy brand standards (e.g., Super 8, Motel 6/Choice, etc.) preferred.
