Adecco is currently seeking motivated Forklift Operators to join our trusted local client in Tracy, CA. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A substantiated track record of forklift operations within the manufacturing and/or distribution operational arenas. A demonstrated positive attitude. Ability to work comfortably within a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Excellent attention to detail. Thorough knowledge of safe material handling practices, to include the use of pallet jacks and hand trucks. Follow instructions in English. Spanish language writing, speaking, and reading capability a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on an ongoing basis as required. Ability to stand and/or walk for all required shift hours.
Pallet Supply Job Description & Accountabilities:
Work Behaviors Required:
A very high attention and detail to SAFETY Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production environment Ability to meet or exceed attendance guidelines Ability to work scheduled overtime as production demands require Willingness to work in other warehouse positions (Load, Unload) when forklift operations are not needed Perform daily inspections of the forklift (checking tires, lights, brakes, oil, battery / fuel levels, ensuring proper weight distribution) Work Skills Required Read and interpret English alpha and numeric characters (Spanish a plus) Capable to lift, stand, bend, stoop, and walk for periods of 8 to 10 hours Possess good hand-eye coordination If you're ready to elevate your warehouse career and join a company that values your skills and commitment, click on Apply Now for instant consideration. Pay Details:
$21.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
