Job Duties Operate sit-down and clamp forklifts to move, stack, and organize merchandise Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently Pull, stage, and prepare products for shipment Use RF scanners to track and verify inventory accuracy Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory organization Complete forklift inspections before operating equipment Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed Requirements 2 years of sit-down, clamp, and stand-up forklift experience Basic computer and Excel knowledge required Experience using RF scanning equipment preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hour shifts Ability to lift and/or pull up to 50 lbs. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility. The Forklift Operator supports successful warehouse operations through skilled forklift operation, dependable inventory movement, and safe material handling practices. This role requires attention to detail, good judgment, and commitment to workplace safety.
