Minimum 2 years of recent experience operating stand-up reach forklifts.

Certification:

Must hold a valid forklift certification issued within the last 24 months.

Technical Skills:

Ability to pass a comprehensive forklift safety and operation test.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional reliability and a proven track record of consistent attendance.

Availability:

Must be able to work early morning shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities Equipment Operation:

Expertly maneuver electric stand-up and sit-down lifts to transport, unload, and organize merchandise throughout the warehouse.

Inventory Management:

Manage the flow of goods by repositioning pallets and manually stacking partial units to maximize space and presentation.

Efficiency & Precision:

Execute high-volume warehouse tasks rapidly while maintaining a strict commitment to safety protocols.

Stock Consolidation:

Efficiently transfer items from partial pallets to full pallets to streamline storage and equipment movement.
