Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience Requirements Previous experience operating a stand-up dock stocker, reach truck, or similar powered industrial equipment preferred. Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred. Ability to obtain or maintain forklift certification. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for extended periods and operate warehouse equipment for long durations, with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and twist throughout the shift. Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures. Job Duties Safely and efficiently operate a stand-up dock stocker forklift. Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials. Put away and replenish inventory to support order fulfillment. Accurately scan and track inventory using RF scanners or warehouse management systems. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Follow OSHA, company, and facility safety procedures. Support cycle counts, picking, packing, sorting, and general warehouse functions.
