Minimum Requirements:

1 month prior forklift or electric pallet jack experience required (CROWN equipment preferred) Commitment to safety at all times Ability to work independently and follow directions Communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy Ability to read and understand numbers, labels, and instructions Must follow all warehouse safety policies, including MHE operations, safe driving practices, safe lifting techniques, no-contact policy, and equipment check-out procedures Overview We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and be skilled in materials handling within a fast-paced distribution center environment.

First, Second & Overnight Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Stack, stage, and transport pallets of product throughout the warehouse and loading docks Operate Crown High Reach Forklifts safely and efficiently Follow all equipment operating instructions and safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times Work flexible shifts based on business needs Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment:
