We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and be skilled in materials handling within a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Stack, stage, and transport pallets of product throughout the warehouse and loading docks Operate Crown High Reach Forklifts safely and efficiently Follow all equipment operating instructions and safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times Work flexible shifts based on business needs Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirement:

Prior forklift or electric pallet jack experience required (CROWN equipment preferred) Strong commitment to safety at all times Ability to work independently and follow directions Good communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy Ability to read and understand numbers, labels, and instructions Must follow all warehouse safety policies, including MHE operations, safe driving practices, safe lifting techniques, no-contact policy, and equipment check-out procedures
