Delaware Elevator, Inc. is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Driver to join our growing team. What You'll Do As our Warehouse Driver, you'll play a critical role in supporting our field operations by ensuring materials and equipment are delivered safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Transport products, equipment, and materials to and from company locations and job sites. Safely load and unload delivery vehicles using forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Verify incoming shipments and assist with checking in freight. Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory control. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently. Maintain DOT compliance, including CDL logs and required documentation. Follow all company safety policies and applicable transportation regulations. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License, Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred Clean driving record Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials with appropriate assistance or equipment Experience maintaining DOT-compliant CDL logs Preferred Skills & Abilities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience driving in city and metropolitan environments Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work effectively Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Delaware Elevator?
