Warehouse Driver

JOB SUMMARY
As a driver, you must have a safe driving record, follow all state and national driving laws, rules, and regulations. In this position, you will follow prearranged routes to destinations or use maps and GPS to navigate routes. You will also maintain vehicle upkeep and cleanliness.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Practice safe driving habits Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions Assist with loading and unloading of cargo Keep exterior of vehicle clean and presentable Ensure that vehicle is always fueled and ready for use Perform basic truck maintenance and arrange for vehicle repairs as needed Clean windows, windshields, and mirrors as needed Keep interior of vehicle clean of debris and clutter Obtaining client or customer signatures where needed Scheduled weekly destinations including Austin
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience to perform the job safely Time management and organizational skills to keep track of deliveries and stay on schedule Able to lift up to 50lbs Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers and customers Able to pass a background/drug screen
