This opportunity lets you handle materials safely, support warehouse operations, and help ensure inventory reaches the right place at the right time. Job Duties Safely operate forklifts to transport raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility. Load/unload trucks and move materials to/from production lines. Stage, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment. Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning/documentation. Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety protocols. Support warehouse and production teams as needed. Education Requirements There are no educational requirements for this opportunity. Experience Requirements Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments. Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation. Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures. Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits. High school diploma or GED required. Valid forklift certification (or ability to become certified). 1+ year forklift experience, preferably in food/beverage environment. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Equipment Operator. 1+ year forklift experience, preferably in Warehouse environment Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
