Forklift Operator

Our client is currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join their warehouse team in Pine Hills, FL . This position is ideal for someone with strong warehouse experience, forklift knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude. The selected candidate will help support daily warehouse operations by moving inventory, preparing outgoing orders, and keeping the work area organized. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.

The Day-to-Day:

Pick, prepare, and stage outgoing orders with accuracy and efficiency Restock products daily and assist with inventory cycle counts Locate, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by sweeping, removing debris, and keeping areas organized Assist customers with loading materials into their vehicles Provide friendly and professional service to customers, contractors, and vendors Follow all OSHA and company safety standards at all times Report safety concerns, incidents, damaged materials, or equipment issues to management Support warehouse operations as needed to help ensure timely order fulfillment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience required Valid forklift certification preferred, or the ability to maintain certification Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently and up to 80 lbs with a team lift Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to work independently while also supporting team goals Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic are required Professional, customer-focused attitude when working with customers, vendors, and contractors

Pay Rate:

$17.00 to $19.00 per hour
