1 Job Summary We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate I with forklift experience for a temp-to-permanent opportunity in Palm Bay, FL . This position will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including material movement, loading and unloading, inventory handling, and general warehouse duties. Candidates must have experience safely operating a forklift and be comfortable working in an active warehouse environment. Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products throughout the warehouse Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials Move, stage, and organize products in designated warehouse locations Assist with receiving, stocking, picking, and material handling Verify materials and products for accuracy Maintain an organized and safe work area Follow all warehouse and forklift safety procedures Complete required equipment and safety checks Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Follow supervisor instructions and established operating procedures Requirements Previous forklift operating experience required Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions Must wear steel-toe boots Pants are required. No shorts permitted. Must be able to successfully complete required pre-employment screening Pre-Employment Requirements Because this position requires forklift operation, the selected candidate must successfully complete a 10-panel drug screen and required background check prior to starting. Assignment Details This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance, attendance, business needs, and client requirements.

Pay:
