As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production moving by ensuring materials are delivered accurately and efficiently throughout the facility. What You'll Do Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility to support production and shipping needs. Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled properly and securely. Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and quality. Supply production lines with materials and remove finished products to keep operations running smoothly. Use RF scanners and SAP systems to track inventory and material movement. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report concerns promptly. Follow all safety, quality, and food safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. What We're Looking For Previous forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment. Experience operating reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, or other powered industrial vehicles. Comfortable using RF scanners and inventory management systems. Basic computer and math skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
