Duties Safely operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo equipment to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and barcode scanning for logistics accuracy Perform order picking and order fulfillment tasks with precision to meet shipping deadlines Assist with shipping & receiving activities, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety standards in production Conduct routine equipment inspections and minor repairs to maintain optimal forklift performance and safety compliance Support warehouse management in materials handling, manual handling, heavy lifting, and heavy equipment operation tasks Follow OSHA safety protocols and warehouse safety standards to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment Experience Proven experience operating sit-down forklifts or similar material handling equipment in a warehouse or distribution setting Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology, and inventory management procedures Knowledge of forklift safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety standards in production environments Experience with order picking, shipping & receiving processes, and materials handling techniques Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance is a plus Strong manual handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate inventory counting and documentation Previous warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse operations enhances your candidacy
