Job Description

Takeaway:
You're not just pouring drinks. You're holding space. About Sanctuary on the Square Sanctuary on the Square is a refuge — a place where the noise of the day falls away and good food, honest drinks, and genuine human connection take center stage. We believe friends are the family you choose, and the people you work beside become part of that circle.
Our team moves with heart:
lifting each other up on hard nights, celebrating wins, and showing up with pride because every contribution matters. We take our craft seriously. Our cocktails evolve, our menus shift, and our standards stay high. Creativity isn't a flourish here — it's the expectation. Inclusivity is non‑negotiable. Tattoos, piercings, bold personalities, and diverse backgrounds aren't just welcome; they're part of what makes Sanctuary feel like home. When you step behind our bar, you represent something bigger than any one person.
