Forklift Equipment Operator:

Equipment Operation :

Safely operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, or pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the warehouse.

Loading & Unloading :

Unload incoming freight from trailers/containers and load outbound shipments accurately according to shipping documentation.

Inventory & Staging:

Move materials to designated storage areas, rack locations, or assembly lines; perform basic inventory scans using RF gun technology.

Order Preparation:

Select, stack, stretch-wrap, and stage customer orders accurately for shipment.

Safety & Maintenance :

Conduct required pre-shift equipment inspections, report mechanical issues, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (5S standards). Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a

Preferred Candidate:

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; 1+ years of experience operating powered industrial trucks in a distribution or manufacturing environment with sit down, stand up or reach truck knowledge Forklift Operator Certification a plus Experience using handheld RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs unassisted; ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods in a non-climate-controlled environment. Strong attention to detail, basic math and reading comprehension skills, solid safety record, and a strong work ethic.
