00AM-6:30PM Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Reach Truck Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating reach trucks and other material handling equipment to efficiently move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse environment. Your expertise will support inventory management, order picking, and shipping and receiving operations, ensuring smooth warehouse distribution processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, a commitment to safety standards, and the ability to handle heavy lifting with precision and care. Duties Operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and other forklifts in accordance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies. Load and unload materials from trucks using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and lift trucks. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately utilizing barcode scanning systems for logistics. Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and updating warehouse management systems. Assist with shipping and receiving functions, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety standards. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal operation. Handle manual materials transfer tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining proper manual handling techniques. Support warehouse management in implementing efficient warehouse operations and distribution strategies. Ensure compliance with safety standards in production environments during all equipment operation activities. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve overall efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience operating reach trucks, forklift trucks (including Hi-Lo), cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks within a warehouse setting. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management practices. Familiarity with OSHA regulations, forklift safety protocols, and heavy equipment operation standards. Ability to perform basic math calculations relevant to materials handling and order processing. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures and materials handling techniques. Prior experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles is advantageous. Excellent manual handling skills with a focus on safety during heavy lifting tasks. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments while maintaining accuracy. Pay:

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
