Warehouse Route Builder

Warehouse Route Builder (QC Team) Koha Foods is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Route Builder to join our Quality Control (QC) team. This position plays a critical role in preparing outbound delivery routes by accurately building and staging pallets for drivers. This is a fast-paced, physically active role for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with a team, and taking pride in getting the job done right. What You'll Do Build and stage delivery routes by selecting products from the staging area Assemble and organize pallets according to route manifests Wrap and prepare pallets for driver pickup Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training and certification required) Verify product accuracy to ensure correct items and quantities Maintain organization and cleanliness in the staging area Work closely with warehouse and driver teams to meet daily dispatch deadlines What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working in chilled warehouse conditions Detail-oriented and able to follow route manifests accurately Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified) Team player with a positive attitude and strong reliability Why This Role Matters The QC Route Builder team ensures our drivers leave on time with accurate, properly staged deliveries. This position directly supports operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday Schedule based on operational needs Pay $18.00 per hour
