Production Warehouse Lead Employment Type:

30+ hours per week Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented production lead to join our team. This role involves facilitating and helping the team grade potatoes, operate packaging equipment, and support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities Think a step ahead:

anticipate needs, spot problems, and take initiative to keep the team on track Track and record lot numbers accurately for inventory and traceability purposes Operate and monitor the grading table to ensure product quality standards are met Perform a variety of tasks each day as part of a team, working with large equipment in a fast-paced setting Lift and move cartons/bales weighing up to 50 lbs Follow food safety procedures and protocols as trained Load and unload trucks using a forklift Requirements Prior forklift experience required Comfortable working around and/ or operating industrial machinery Ability to lift, stand, and perform tasks for extended periods of time Strong attention to detail and reliability Training Provided Food safety training is provided after hire. No prior food safety experience is required Training on machinery is provided

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
