Job Overview Gem State Staffing in Burley, ID is hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for reliable, safety-conscious workers with at least 2 years of forklift experience looking for long-term, stable employment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, and reach trucks safely
• Load and unload pallets and materials within the warehouse
• Transport materials between storage and production areas
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Conduct basic forklift maintenance and safety checks
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Work closely with supervisors and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production environment
• Proficient with various forklift types (clamp truck, reach truck, hi-lo, etc.)
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Burley, ID 83318 prior to start date
