Job Description

Job Summary The Finishing Case Sealer/Stacker is responsible for the efficient and high-quality operation of case sealing and stacking equipment within the packaging process. This role plays an important part in the final step of our folding carton manufacturing process. Duties/Responsibilities Completes final step of the finishing process by inputting finished cartons into cases. Seals cases and prepares for inventory storage or shipping to customers. Optimizes case sealing and stacking machine settings for maximum efficiency and quality output. Identifies and implements process improvements to minimize downtime and improve overall line productivity. Conducts root cause analysis of equipment malfunctions and develops preventative maintenance strategies. Maintains accurate production records and quality control data for analysis and reporting. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues. Prior experience with the operation of an electric pallet jack a huge plus. Excellent communication skills to communicate within the team and other departments. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure. Commitment to safety and a strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices. Detail oriented
  • ability to read labels and load tags to confirm they match.
Basic math skills to understand how many cases fit on each pallet. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Prior manufacturing or distribution experience.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and move cases weighting up to 40 lbs. Repetitive motions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery. Benefits & Perks Medical Insurance
