$19.00 per hour

Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and warehouse documentation. Familiarity with RF scanners, barcodes, and inventory tracking systems is a plus. Experience Requirements Previous experience as a Warehouse Picker, Order Picker, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, or Distribution Center Associate preferred. Experience operating a stand-up forklift/order picker in a warehouse environment. Knowledge of RF scanning, inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse safety practices. Ability to work independently while meeting productivity, accuracy, and quality standards. Physical Capabilities Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 60 lbs. Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working at various heights throughout the shift. Ability to manually move boxes in and out of rack locations. Capable of safely operating warehouse equipment and vehicles while following all safety regulations. Job Duties Accurately pick customer orders from rack locations using a stand-up forklift/order picker . Use RF scanners to track, verify, and process inventory and order selections. Barcode, process, retrieve, refile, and prepare boxes/files for storage or destruction. Perform bay consolidations and maintain organized warehouse storage locations. Conduct daily equipment safety inspections, including batteries, brakes, lift controls, and safety equipment. Load, move, and transport boxes while maintaining inventory accuracy. Complete warehouse maintenance tasks, pickups, deliveries, and other assigned duties. Return equipment to designated charging stations at the end of each shift. Maintain strict confidentiality , security standards, and commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity. What You Will Do As a Reach Forklift Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.
