S_180337 Spherion is looking for Forklift Operators to join a growing logistics team in Belvidere, IL! If you enjoy working on your feet, operating equipment, and keeping products moving safely through a busy warehouse, we want to hear from you. You will be an essential part of an active team that takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and getting items where they need to go. Role Highlights $23.00 per hour base pay with a $2.00 shift premium for second shift

1st shift Wednesday through Saturday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

2nd shift Wednesday through Saturday 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Full-time temporary to hire placement with strong growth potential

Full medical, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, paid disability, and 401k match upon hire What You'll Do Pick, stage, and move orders accurately throughout the warehouse facility

Load and unload trucks while performing daily shipping and receiving duties

Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and maintain precise product records

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace according to team safety standards

Transport food products safely within cooler and temperature controlled environments ... What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience operating a forklift or powered pallet jack

Comfortable working in a cold storage cooler environment ranging from 34 to 38 degrees

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds as needed

Basic computer proficiency, strong attendance record, and math skills

Experience with RF inventory systems or food industry material handling is a plus Ready to get started?
