Summary:

Our client in Cary, IL is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator to join their 2nd shift team. This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential for hire-on based on performance and attendance. The ideal candidate will have prior reach truck experience and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Pick and prepare orders from warehouse inventory Operate a stand-up reach truck to move materials safely and efficiently Transport items to staging areas for truck loading Locate and retrieve pallets from shelves and floor locations Use scan guns to track and fulfill orders accurately Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months experience operating a stand-up reach truck High school diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
