Job Description
PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a large-scale logistics repair and engineering company that serves the world's largest telecommunications and cable providers. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team. We prioritize safety, accuracy, attendance and teamwork to support our operational excellence. Schedule and Pay Information 2nd Shift 2:45pm-11:15pm $18.50/hr Responsibilities Operate Sit-Down Forklifts safely and efficiently Spend approximately 20% of the shift operating forklift equipment Select and palletize products according to voice-pick instructions or load sheets. Build, shrink-wrap, and stage pallets for outbound shipments. Load and stage products for delivery routes and assist with returned materials. Work within a Push Back Rack, placing new pallets in front while existing pallets move backward on roller tracks. Lift 20-45 lb. cases repeatedly throughout the shift. Perform continuous standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, and twisting in varying warehouse temperatures. Meet daily productivity and quality expectations while following all safety procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of Sit-Down Forklift experience MUST have experience in a warehouse Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Experience using RF scanners is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Steel-toe boots required Must pass a forklift evaluation Must pass a 7-year background check Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
