Role:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations, material movement, inventory accuracy, and production needs. Key Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Move, stage, and deliver materials to warehouse and production areas. Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using SAP or similar systems. Inspect equipment and report damage, malfunctions, or material issues. Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards. Support NCM/RTV processes and material calls. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and inventory processes. Requirements Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred. Forklift experience preferred; ability to learn and operate a forklift safely. Basic computer, scanner, tablet, and inventory-system skills. SAP experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical warehouse activities for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays when required.
