Constellation Energy is seeking a Turbine Services Manager to lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of turbine generation assets. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day turbine services, including outage planning, troubleshooting, contractor management, and performance optimization. You will analyze operating data to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and control costs while ensuring full compliance with safety and environmental standards. Collaborating closely with operations, engineering, and project teams, you'll guide maintenance strategies, support capital upgrades, and mentor technicians in a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of turbine generation assets to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency Lead maintenance planning, outages, and troubleshooting for turbine equipment and auxiliary systems Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including scope, scheduling, and quality of work Analyze performance data to optimize output, reduce downtime, and control operating costs Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs Coordinate with operations, engineering, and grid teams on dispatch and project execution Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports on turbine performance and maintenance activities Lead and develop a team of technicians and contractors through coaching and performance management Support capital projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills Gas and steam turbine systems Power plant operations Preventive and predictive maintenance Root cause analysis and troubleshooting Maintenance planning and scheduling software (e.g., SAP, Maximo) SCADA and performance monitoring systems Technical documentation and reporting Budgeting and cost control Contractor and vendor management Regulatory and safety compliance
