5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

Overtime:

20+ hours/week during busy season

Training Note:

Second shift employees will temporarily train on first shift before transitioning to their regular schedule.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Material Handler Forklift Operator to join our team in Morrison, IL. This role is essential to our warehouse operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move, stack, and count merchandise. Perform daily safety checks and monitor fluid levels (oil, water, fuel). Supply packaging lines with empty pallets and manage pallet inventory. Remove palletized bags from production lines and operate stretch-wrapper. Store palletized inventory neatly and safely. Maintain cleanliness by restacking, removing debris, and washing equipment. Load trucks accurately per Bill of Lading (BOL); communicate any changes. Conduct physical inventory counts of finished goods. Meet quality and quantity standards consistently.

Skills & Competencies:

Forklift operation experience required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods. Comfortable climbing on/off equipment. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Ability to read/write English or follow instructions. Effective communication skills. Willingness to work in dusty, hot/cold, or rainy environments. Availability for mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays. Why Join Us?
