The welding lift truck driver is responsible for safely operating industrial forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility. This role plays a critical part in supporting production, shipping, and receiving by ensuring materials are transported efficiently and stored accurately while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Shift Pay:
$22.75 + Shift Differential Pay of .75/hour Primary Responsibilities Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility Supply production lines with materials and remove finished products as needed Move inventory to designated storage and staging areas Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report equipment issues promptly Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to meet daily goals Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to safety and detail Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete surfaces Frequent movement, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs Work Environment Manufacturing/production facility environment Moderate to high noise levels May be exposed to extreme heat in certain production areas Requires adherence to strict safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and professional growth, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Competitive 401(k) retirement savings program Paid time off (PTO) and vacation days Paid holiday Tuition reimbursement Opportunities for career growth and advancement
