Coating Machine and Forklift Operator (2nd Shift - 2pm - 10:30pm) Looking for hands‑on work and steady hours? Join Adhesive Coating Technologies (ACT) as a Machine Operator and build skills on specialized coating equipment. Experience operating or assisting with coating machines preferred. What You'll Do Set up and operate adhesive coating machines Adjust speed, temperature, and adhesive flow Load materials, take samples, and check quality Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running Work safely with a team in a clean environment Operate a forklift What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on mindset Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, team‑oriented, and eager to learn Comfortable with physical work and being active

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently (Spanish as a second language is a plus) Ability to use common hand and shop tools General knowledge of weights and measurements

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms May work extended hours, weekends as needed, when problems occur or when deadlines must be met

Must have good hearing and sight Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs or mor Ability to wear proper safety equipment when working in the plant Physical ability to regularly work around and on industrial equipment, including frequent climbing of stairs and ladders, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weights up to 75 lbs
