Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to warehouse operations, including packaging, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Package and label products for shipment
• Operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment to move and organize inventory
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
• Fabricate crates or containers as needed for product storage or transportation
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Load and unload trucks as necessary

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse setting preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required (up to 50 pounds)
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
