Follow Directions/Recipe to make Batches of Automotive Sealant.

Detailed Job Description:

1) Using a Hilo, prepare and place an empty Shipping Container/Drum on the Scale/Table. (Remove the Lid and Sealing Ring, Insert a Large Plastic Bag into the Shipping Container/Drum. 2) Using the Hilo Lift and Place Pallets of Bags of Chemicals and Compounds to the Overhead Platform/Walkway. 3) Following the Recipe; open Bags of Chemicals & Compounds, pour the bags into the Mixing Machine to be mixed. 4) Operate the Mixing Machine till the correct viscosity is achieved 5) Go down to the First Floor and Open the Valve to fill the Shipping Container/Drum. 6) Monitor the Digital Scale and shut off the Valve when the correct weight is achieved. 7) Place the Lid on top of the Shipping Container/Drum and Secure the Lid with the Sealing Ring. 8) Using the Hilo, remove the Shipping Container/Drum from the Scale/Table and place it in the Shipping Area 9) Repeat the Process till you complete your Shift.

Must be able to:

Read and follow Directions and Recipes Measure in Pounds and Bags Lift up to 50 Pounds Operate a Forklift HiLo/Forklift Operator experience is Required. Must Score an 80% or above on the Job Skills and Forklift Operators Tests. MUST Be Able To Work Any Shift, But Will Start On The Day Shift.
