You'll follow strict safety, housekeeping, and 5S practices while working closely with production and shipping teams. Responsibilities Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently. Load and unload trailers, railcars, and production lines following load diagrams and work orders. Build, wrap, and secure pallets to meet quality and safety standards. Inspect forklifts and material handling equipment; report issues and perform basic checks. Maintain accurate counts, labels, and documentation for all loaded and stored products. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and 5 S standards. Coordinate with production, shipping, and quality teams to meet schedules and customer requirements. Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and environmental procedures.
