Responsibilities Operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and pallets safely and efficiently. Load and unload trailers, bulk trucks, and staging areas according to schedules and procedures. Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of forklifts and report maintenance needs. Follow all plant safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced environment. Accurately record material movements and inventory using basic documentation or systems. Support production lines with timely delivery and removal of materials and finished products. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping targets. Identify and segregate nonconforming product and report issues promptly.
