Machine Operator / Forklift Operator

Machine/Line Operator Location:

Mankato, MN 56001 3 months contract

Pay:

$20/hr (W2)

Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented Line Operator to support saw line, paint booth, and finishing operations. This role involves operating equipment, performing quality checks, basic maintenance, and handling materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates will have opportunities to learn multiple production areas and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate saw line and paint booth equipment to process and finish products Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy, coating consistency, and product standards Conduct basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Grade, stack, package, and label finished materials for shipment Maintain production records and communicate issues to supervisors Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

Qualifications:

1+ year of manufacturing or production experience preferred Mechanical aptitude with basic maintenance skills Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Ability to stand/walk up to 12 hours and lift 30-50 lbs Exposure to noise, dust, temperature changes, and chemicals Must follow PPE and safety requirements in a production setting

$20.00 per hour
