Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator Assistant in Production to join their team. As as an Assistant, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good attendance, and the ability to follow processes, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

8-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday, with potential overtime up to 12 hours daily or on weekends What's the Job? Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools Accurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance using computer systems Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goals What's Needed? High School diploma or GED required 2-3 years proven and consistent work background in manufacturing or related fields Ability to work any shift in a 3-shift environment, including up to 4 hours of overtime as needed Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math used in manufacturing processes What's in it for me?
