Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Industrial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within our industrial facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in industrial or commercial facilities. This role ensures a safe and sanitary environment by performing routine cleaning tasks, handling equipment, and assisting with material movement as needed. Forklift experience is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities Trash Management:

Empty and replace trash receptacles throughout the facility and dispose of waste in designated areas following company guidelines.

Water Cooler Maintenance:

Wipe down and sanitize water coolers regularly and restock water coolers with fresh bottles as needed.

Portable AC Unit Care:

Empty water reservoirs from portable air conditioning units and ensure units are functioning properly and report any issues. Forklift Duties ( as needed ): Sort and stack dunnage in designated areas, separate dunnage by type or condition, and deliver dunnage to the dunnage washer safely and efficiently.

General Cleaning Duties:

Sweep, mop, and maintain floors in assigned areas and clean and sanitize surfaces to meet hygiene standards Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred, especially within industrial or manufacturing environments Experience with commercial or industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals is a plus Familiarity with sanitation standards and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for thorough cleaning duties Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Forklift certification preferred - or willingness to obtain Attention to detail and thoroughness Basic understanding of safety procedures and guidelines
