Order Puller•
Forklift Wage:
$17.50/hour
Shift:
1st
Hours:
6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday (Currently working required overtime 5:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday, occasionally on Saturday) We are currently seeking candidates with prior forklift experience for our Order Puller position! Candidates must have experience operating a sit-down or reach truck forklift and be comfortable working required overtime as needed.   • Forklift Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Use Windows-based PC, including but not limited to email, shipping programs and Axapta programs
  • Pick parts from warehouse locations to fill customer orders, using the packing list
  • Use several types of material handling equipment, pallet jacks, push carts, hand truck, fork truck, and RF bar code reading system (only after Haldex training/certification for each)
  • Pack parts in appropriate packaging for shipment
  • Unload material from trucks using fork truck and/or pallet jack
  • Use a reach truck or stand-up forklift to pick orders (will train)
  • Verify received material to attached packing list and location in warehouse pallet racks, bin racks, and floor locations
  • Build kits according to production work orders
  • Produce kits according to production work orders
  • Produce kits in a timely and accurate manner to meet customer expectations and demand
  • Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints
  • Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners Order Puller
  • Forklift Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous reach truck or stand-up forklift experience
  • Experience working with box cutter; will be using box cutters throughout shift
  • Continuous lifting or moving of lightweight materials 10-25 pounds; must be able to infrequently lift to 50 pounds
  • Continuous bending, stretching, and walking on cement floors
  • Warehouse is not climate controlled; dress appropriately for different seasons
