Job Description
Adecco is hiring a
- Reach Truck Operator
- to support warehouse operations in
- Cary, NC
- . This role focuses on safely moving, staging, and storing materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production and shipping needs. If you have reach truck experience and take pride in safe, efficient work, this opportunity may be a strong fit.

- $22.00-$23.65 per hour

Schedule:
- Rotating 12-hour schedule (2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on) with every other weekend off +
- Shifts Available:

Day Shift:
7:00 AM-7:00 PM +
Night Shift:
7:00 PM-7:00 AM
- Key Responsibilities
- + Operate a reach truck (Reach Truck) and other powered industrial equipment to move materials safely throughout the facility.
+ Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues requiring repair or maintenance.
+ Load, unload, stage, and store product in racks, designated locations, and staging areas.
+ Support picking, staging, replenishment, and line-side delivery of materials for production or shipping.
+ Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying counts, locations, and product identification.
+ Identify and report damaged product, rack damage, shortages, or location discrepancies.
+ Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to keep work areas clean and aisles clear.
- Qualifications
- + High School Diploma or GED (required) + 2-3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience + Proven experience operating a reach truck / stand-up forklift + Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly + Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Familiarity with inventory systems and OSHA forklift safety standards (preferred)
+ Mechanical aptitude to recognize basic equipment issues (preferred)
