PM Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy in items, quantities, and lot numbers. Pick, pull, stage, and prepare customer and production orders using barcode scanners to ensure high-precision order fulfillment. Perform SAP inventory transactions, manage inventory records, and participate in cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate outbound shipments utilizing UPS shipping systems. Identify and track product statuses, including Released and QA Hold inventory, ensuring proper lot and item documentation. Safely operate forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; shrink-wrap pallets and prepare products for dispatch. Detect and report inventory discrepancies or irregularities through Quality Irregularity Reports (QIRs). Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment by following safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license. Minimum of 1 year experience in warehousing, material handling, inventory control, shipping, and receiving. Proven forklift and warehouse equipment operation experience; forklift certification or ability to obtain certification is required. Familiarity with inventory management systems such as SAP, including cycle counting and inventory accuracy procedures. Proficiency with barcode scanners and warehouse technology to ensure precise verification of items. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records. Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols, especially forklift safety and proper lifting techniques. Ability to periodically lift and move 30-50 lbs throughout shifts. Why Work with Adecco?
