Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic logistics team as a Forklift Operator and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling materials, managing inventory, and supporting seamless warehouse distribution. Your expertise in operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment will help keep our supply chain moving smoothly. Responsibilities Operate a variety of forklifts including reach trucks, cherry pickers, Hi-Lo, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and load & unload heavy materials with precision. Safely handle materials using manual handling techniques and adhere to OSHA and warehouse safety protocols. Manage inventory by accurately barcode scanning for logistics, updating warehouse management systems, and conducting regular stock counts. Support order picking and shipping & receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of products. Perform routine equipment repairs and inspections to maintain optimal forklift safety standards in production environments. Assist with warehouse management tasks such as organizing storage areas, optimizing warehouse distribution, and supporting warehouse supervisor directives. Follow all safety standards in production and warehouse operations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Experience Proven experience operating forklift equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, Hi-Lo, clamp trucks, or similar heavy equipment. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology, and inventory management practices. Experience in materials handling, manual lifting, and heavy lifting within a warehouse or distribution center setting. Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking processes, and load/unload operations.
Pay:
Up to $14.50 per hour
