Bilingual Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift Southwark Metal Manufacturing Company is hiring Forklift Operators to join our team in Fremont, NE ! Pay & Schedule Pay:

$18.00/hour to start Guaranteed pay increases at 3, 6, and 12 months Paid weekly - every Friday 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM 40+ hours per week Potential overtime Full-time position What You'll Do As a Forklift Operator, you will help ensure customer orders are picked, staged, and loaded accurately and safely.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating a forklift to pull, stage, and load customer orders Ensuring outbound loads are properly secured to minimize shifting and product damage Verifying the accuracy of products picked for customer orders Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Completing daily forklift safety checklists Following all company safety procedures and warehouse policies Working independently and as part of a team to meet shipping and production goals Performing other duties as assigned by the Shipping/Warehouse Manager What We're Looking For Previous forklift operator experience required Spanish (fluent) Strong attention to detail Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing warehouse environment Ability to safely operate a forklift and follow established procedures Good physical coordination and ability to perform the essential functions of the position Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong time-management and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and follow safety procedures throughout the shift Must be 18 years of age or older Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package, including: Guaranteed pay increases at 3, 6, and 12 months Medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) 10 paid holidays Paid time off, including personal and vacation time Employee and safety recognition programs and incentives Employee-driven committees Opportunities for career growth and development Potential overtime Why Southwark Metal Manufacturing?
