Available Based on Business Needs Position Overview We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join a growing distribution team. This role is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through material handling, order fulfillment, inventory management, and product movement. Training will be provided at our Burlington facility before assignment to a nearby warehouse location. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload products from trucks and delivery vehicles. Safely move materials throughout the warehouse using powered industrial equipment. Perform inventory transactions using SAP and RF scanning systems. Maintain accurate inventory and stock locations. Support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned. Equipment Operated Reach Trucks Stand-Up Forklifts Clamp Trucks Cherry Pickers Electric Pallet Jacks Other Warehouse Material Handling Equipment Required Qualifications Previous forklift operating experience required. Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment environments. Knowledge of warehouse picking and packing procedures. Experience operating Reach Trucks, Clamp Trucks, and Electric Pallet Jacks preferred. Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management systems. SAP experience is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Work Environment Large distribution center with over 500,000 square feet of operational space. Fast-paced warehouse supporting appliance distribution and customer fulfillment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
