Experience Requirements Previous warehouse and PIT equipment experience required Must be experienced operating all of the following: Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Electric Pallet Jack, and Forklift Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred Job Duties Operate Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, Electric Pallet Jacks, and Forklifts safely and efficiently Pick, move, load, unload, and stage materials throughout the warehouse Perform order picking, replenishment, put-away, and inventory movement Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions Inspect equipment daily and report safety or maintenance concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred. Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Equipment Operator. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift. Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required. Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments. Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
