3:30pm - 12midnight - Monday to Friday Responsibilities Operate a Reach Truck machine efficiently and safely. Pick orders accurately and promptly using RF scanning equipment. Manage pick ticket orders and ensure warehouse items are pulled accurately based on number, size, and quantity. Stage items correctly for delivery and ensure order accuracy. Read and interpret incoming order requests. Adhere to quality and customer service standards established by the company. Pick, wrap, and stage orders for shipment. Inspect and maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment. Identify and address safety hazards in the workplace. Consolidate partial pallets for incoming goods. Perform additional duties as needed. Essential Skills Minimum of 1+ years of experience operating powered forklifts. Proficient in mathematics. Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations. High regard for safety in the workplace. Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with various material-handling equipment. Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety policies and requirements. Work Environment Work in a newly constructed distribution warehouse in Mickleton, NJ. The facility operates Monday through Friday from 3:30pm to 12:00am. The warehouse is temperature controlled, employees should be comfortable with the distinct aroma of spices and coconut water. Appropriate attire includes steel toe boots, work pants, and a top (long or short sleeve) without graphics or writing, excluding sweatshirts, hoods, or strings. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mickleton, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
