This position is ideal for someone with strong forklift experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for moving, stacking, and organizing materials while helping maintain an efficient workflow throughout the facility. This role also requires comfort working in cold environments below 40°F and handling materials with accuracy, care, and consistency.

The Day-to-Day:

Operate forklifts, high-reach trucks, and Pacer forklifts safely and efficiently Move hazardous materials while following proper safety procedures Load goods onto conveyor belts as needed Stack pallets, crates, and other warehouse materials in an organized manner Build pallets and complete pallet picks with accuracy Transport products throughout the facility while maintaining awareness of surroundings Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Follow company procedures for handling equipment, materials, and warehouse inventory Support daily warehouse operations as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 3 years of forklift operating experience Proficient in operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment Experience with high-reach trucks and Pacer forklifts preferred Comfortable working in cold environments below 40°F Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness Basic math skills for counting, tracking, and verifying materials

Pay Rate:

$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00

From $22.00 per hour
