Submittal Forklift Operator | Las Vegas, NV Nexeo Staffing is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate for a leading wholesale distribution and supply chain company in Northwest Las Vegas, Nevada. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled warehouse professional seeking a stable weekday schedule, competitive pay, and long-term growth opportunities within a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of recent forklift experience and be comfortable operating both stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts. Candidates should be safety-minded, dependable, team-oriented, and willing to assist with general warehouse operations when needed. Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and Walkie Rider electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trailers using a sit-down forklift
• Perform replenishment and putaway tasks by moving inbound inventory from receiving areas into pallet racking
• Pick customer and warehouse orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Move, stage, organize, and relocate inventory throughout the facility
• Assist with packing, palletizing, labeling, and other warehouse duties as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory handling while meeting productivity goals
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, operating standards, and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members in a high-volume distribution environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control processes Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of recent forklift operating experience
• Previous forklift certification strongly preferred
• Experience with stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts strongly preferred
• Experience with electric pallet jacks / Walkie Riders is a plus
• Previous experience with order picking, replenishment, putaway, loading/unloading, and RF scanners
• Stable work history
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Dependable attendance and the ability to stay productive in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Willingness to ask questions, learn procedures, and work collaboratively with the team
• Ability to perform general warehouse duties when forklift operation is not required
• Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required
